With the $2 billion hospital build, $1 billion in Otago University upgrades, and a $100m Railway project to name a few, it is anticipated that 1,000+ people will be coming to Dunedin to work on these projects. NZ Property Solutions is at the forefront of providing a proactive rental solution and we require more quality rental properties to fulfil our growing tenant demand.

We are all tenants at various times in our lives, and just because you don’t own the house you are living in doesn’t mean it’s not your home.

The relationship between tenants and landlords is essential and beneficial for both, and it's necessary to work together to get it right. Like any successful relationship, it takes trust, integrity, honesty, respect, consideration and communication. 

Our goal is to provide a level of service that goes beyond expectations.  We’ll do all the regular property management work like quarterly inspections to ensure the property is maintained to meet everyone’s expectations.

It's our responsibility to look after everyone’s best interests, and we take that seriously. We’ll do everything to support you and your tenancy.
